Retargeting is an eCommerce cart abandonment solution and email marketing automation software designed to increase conversions from site visitors who have browsed but not bought, or abandoned their shopping carts.
Retargeting includes 3 different live trigger types, including dynamic subscription and product recommendation, and 12 options for personalized trigger emails, such as reminders, inactivity, wishlists, social sales, FAQ & help, and more. Live triggers are displayed on websites while visitors are still browsing, and can be used to offer discounts for email newsletter subscription, present special offers for products a visitor has shown interest in, or target visitors navigating away from the page. Email triggers are sent to visitors after they have navigated away from the site, based on visitor behavior, or linked to particular events such as visitors’ birthdays or Black Friday sales.
Retargeting allows users to test and compare the performance of different versions of their email and live triggers to identify those which produce the highest conversion rate. An unlimited number of versions can be tested at one time in a single multitest, and multiple tests for different triggers can be run at the same time. When a winning version is selected from a test, it automatically becomes the default template for that trigger.
