8 of 10 slots open

Every founder who opens this map is looking for who else is out there. Be the name beside them.

World Startup Map plots startups from 44 countries on one globe. A featured slot puts your card in the rail along the bottom of it — on every view, for as long as you hold the slot.

Where this stands

This map is new, and this page is not going to invent a traffic number to prove otherwise.

What you are buying is a slot at the founding rate, before the audience arrives — and the rate stays locked for as long as you hold it. Ask for the current analytics and you will get them, whatever they say that week. If the numbers matter more to you than the price, wait and buy later at a higher one. That is a perfectly reasonable decision and we would rather you make it knowingly.

How it works

What you get for $199/month

01

A permanent slot on the map

Your card sits in the rail along the bottom of the globe, on every view, for as long as you hold the slot. Not an impression you buy once.

02

The whole audience, not a segment

There is one page. Every visitor sees the rail — no targeting to tune, no bidding, no share of voice to negotiate.

03

A card with room to say something

Logo, name and a line of your own copy. It links straight to you, so the click is yours rather than a profile we own.

04

Live within a day

Send a logo, a link and one line. We publish it the same day. No onboarding call, no setup process.

05

Cancel any time

Month to month. No contract, no annual commitment, no termination fee.

Who opens a funding map

The audience is the subject matter.

There is no targeting here and none is needed. A map of who raised this week selects its own readers.

Founders scoping a market

People open a startup map to see who else is doing something adjacent, and where. They arrive already comparing companies to each other.

Recruiters and BD, by city

1,158 companies with founder names and profile links, filterable down to a single city. That is a prospecting surface more than it is a chart.

Investors mapping a geography

Sourcing outside the usual two cities means first knowing what exists in the other forty-two. This is a faster read than a list.

Anyone selling to early teams

Tooling, banking, legal, payroll, hiring. The audience is the buyer at a company small enough that one person still picks the tools.

Pricing

One slot. $199/month.

Hard cap at 10 featured slots. Scarcity is the product.

The cap is not a marketing trick — it is a structural decision. The rail moves at a constant rate, so every card added makes the lap longer and every existing card rarer. Past ten, the slot sold last is worth measurably less than the slot sold first, and that is a refund conversation rather than a business.

Questions

Common questions

How much traffic does the site get?

Not enough yet to build a pitch on, and this page will not pretend otherwise. The map is new. That is precisely why the founding rate exists and why it stays locked once you take it — you are buying the slot before the audience arrives, and the price reflects that risk. Ask and you will get the real analytics figures, whatever they are that week.

Why cap it at 10 slots?

The rail moves at a constant rate, so every slot you add makes the lap longer and every existing card rarer. Past about ten, a sponsor waits the better part of a minute to come around and the slot you sold last is worth measurably less than the one you sold first. The cap is what keeps the tenth slot worth the same as the first.

Do I have to be a startup?

No. The rail suits anyone selling to founders or investors — tooling, banking, legal, recruiting, funds. It does not suit anything that needs a targeted audience, because there is no targeting here.

What do you need from me?

A square logo, a link, and one line of copy under about 40 characters. That is the whole card.

Can I track the clicks?

Yes — put UTM parameters on the link you send and they will be preserved exactly. The card links directly to your site, so the traffic lands in your own analytics rather than a dashboard we control.

Where does the company data come from?

Public startup directories, geocoded here and rebuilt from scratch. Funding data is on the roadmap and is not on the map yet. Sponsorship buys a slot in the rail — it does not influence which companies appear or how they are shown.

Can I cancel?

Any time, effective at the end of the month you have paid for. The slot returns to the pool and the cap goes back up by one.
